With all gyms and fitness studios now closed, people are being encouraged to keep themselves in optimum physical and mental condition, while also providing some much-needed support to the fitness industry, with new initiative fit4thefight.
Lisa Troy is Level 3 Qualification in Designing Exercise Programmes for Older Adults, RSA & YMCA Qualified L2 Exercise to Music Teacher and Registered Exercise Professional with 24 years teaching experience.
Ambient Stretch
A class that focuses on stretching, strengthening and relaxing the mind and body. Training the body to become supple and strong and often can help alleviate ailments such as some back pain or even some stress related symptoms. The exercises are taught at Levels 1, 2 and 3, meaning the class is suitable for beginners (including the more mature class member), intermediate and even advanced fitness level class members.
Total Tone
A body conditioning and cardio class designed to tone, trim and strengthen all areas of the body using just your own body!
