Sara draws on her experience from various settings to offer personalised yoga sessions & training to help clients achieve their goals. She has been in the fitness industry for 9 years, with Yoga being a huge part of her life now; Buti Yoga is one of her main passions (Yoga, Tribal dance & plyometrics)
She utilizes multi-joint functional movements as the foundation of most training sessions, but will utilise various techniques, or exercise selection to tailor the session to each client, whether in groups or on a one-to-one basis.
Yoga is used to both keep physically fit but to also explore the realms of spirituality. Each session is a journey; some days are easy & the mind is calm & the body is light & responsive; other days the mind is running wild and the body feels like wet cement. It's all about balance - balancing yin & yang.
