A little bit about
Simon Ip (Wolverhampton)
A friendly, professional and confident personal trainer with plenty of experience with weight loss, toning and muscle gain. Supporting my clients every step of the way and seeing them achieve results whether it be fitness wise, dropping inches or just beginning their journey in the gym is my job satisfaction. I have been involved in the gym and sports from a young age and it has since been my passion and career. On top of the usual GCSE and A-level PE, I had intensive 100m sprint and Rugby training where we reached county and district level. So I have learnt various training styles and disciplines. A work out should not be a chore nor should it be punishment for what you ate, it should be a showcase of what you are capable of achieving and having fun whilst improving your health and well-being. I have catered to all ages/injuries/conditions no matter what current fitness level, there is always something which can be done.
