I am passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement.
My aim is to help people evaluate their short and long term fitness goals. In this manner I think I can help men and women to create a bespoke fitness plan with attainable tiered goals to help keep them motivated and focussed on daily habits that affect success.
My training in pilates and body mechanics has given me a strong ability to identify technique and suggest bespoke adjustments to form to give maximum impact.
I continue to improve my skills with my studies with courses on pre-post natal pilates and pilates for common orthopaedic problems.
I'm holding 1-2-1,duets and small group classes in my home studio.
