I am a Yoga Teacher with an inclusive approach, making yoga accessible to all through working in a way which is both gentle and dynamic.
My Yoga Classes help students to release tension, develop inner strength and move with greater ease. They are suitable for all but especially people who are new to Yoga and those leading busy lives, creating space for them to recharge, take time out and restore energy. Excellent for reducing stress, aches and pains and developing a greater connection with the body.
Qualifications & Memberships
I trained with the Inner Yoga Trust - certified by Yoga Alliance and the Independent Yoga Network.
This was a 500+hour Training over three years incorporating extensive study of anatomy which helped cultivate a new and profound relationship with my body and develop awareness through movement, the breath and the body’s connection with gravity.
Inner Yoga encourages self-discovery based on one’s own Yoga practice but is influenced by Scaravelli and many others through the lineage of Teachers. Teaching Yoga allows me to pass this on to others, keeping it alive in my daily life in an interactive way.
