Laura is a Traditional yoga teacher and helps improve health and wellbeing stress, inner calmness, and clarity of mind. Enabling a brighter outlook on life, happier feelings about the future, even loneliness, nervousness, sadness and sorrow improve.
Laura classes are not about doing extreme postures. We take time working with your challenges and with the breath releasing tension. We learn how to work at our own pace and realise our own potential physically and mentally.
Laura offers Mediation, classes, science now says meditation changes the brain and our very way of being, leading to better health and wellbeing. Less stress, which is one of the base, causes of many modern health problems. Laura will give you all the tools to set up a regular meditation practice giving life improvements that money can't buy.
