A little bit about
Yoga with Milena
Yoga classes that I teach consist of wide range of intelligent, gentle yet effective movements and postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation and meditation.
Through my teaching I try to promote focus and ease, balance and integrity, I encourage awareness through movement and breath as well as stillness. I invite you to turn inwards and be attentive to what you find there.
I am particularly interested in promoting more inclusive and accessible yoga classes that serve wider range of needs and are open to everyone, not only supple, young and healthy.
I believe that yoga has benefits for the mind and the body that are available to all regardless of age, health or experience.
These classes are open to anyone who would like to work gently and with awareness with their body, breath and mind in a nourishing environment.
Qualifications & Memberships
I am a member of British Wheel of Yoga.
I hold enhanced DBS and Professional Insurance
British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training- National Occupational Standard Level 4
Multi Agency Safeguarding and Child Protection Training (Level 3)
