I have been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and I incorporate a broad range of training techniques and speclizes in the following areas which are: Weight Management, Strength & Conditioning, Plyometric, HIIT,Functional Training, Core Stability, Boxing/MMA training and the general fitness.
If you train with myself I can get you where you want to be as long as you have the determination, will power and willing to train hard and you will feel and see the results and realise your potential in developing both mentally and physically.
My style of training is always challenging, different but also fun and you will also learn to understand more about the different styles of training.
My current clientele's are based around London and train in Gyms, outdoor parks and in their homes.
