Located in our restored 18th century dairy, this a pilates class that can be scaled from absolute beginner to intermediate. It focuses on building strong abdominal core muscles, improving posture, and creating long tone muscles.
Katy Riches is your coach and teacher. She is the real thing. A versatile professional dancer who has worked in several West End productions, including 42nd St. Pilates originated as a form of training for professional dancers and she approaches her classes with a dance teachers' meticulous attention to detail over form and alignment. She is passionate about getting the most benefit out of her participants and making everything adaptable and inclusive.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or smoothie and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.

FAQ Would you like to bring a guest with you? No problem. Once you have booked yourself, go back into your account and in the top right go to "manage account" Here you can "add a family member". Now you will be able to book and pay for them. (Always check to make sure spaces are available)
Please use the "dairy" entrance. Park in the marked spaces in the lot or if full in the front of the house. Follow the signs in the rear of the house to the "dairy" Go up the steps to the double doors at the rear.
