Located in our restored 18th century dairy this class is a multi-disciplinary restorative and movement practice that can be enjoyed by anyone at any age. The class combines traditional fitness, eastern and western martial arts, gymnastics, circus and more. Tried and tested practical methods that allow a true beginner make steady, yet dramatic progress - or providing strategies for even the most accomplished athletes to take their abilities to the next level. But most of all, the freedom to have fun with your body.
Ben Donnelly is a professionally certified Strength and Conditioning and Rehab coach but also fluent in working with several Eastern Martial Arts including Ju-Jitsu, Taekwando and Tai chi.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or smoothie and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.
***Buy a class pass, they are flexible for any class, anytime with no expiry***
Yoga mats and changing facility provided.
Bring a towel and water.

Would you like to bring a guest with you?
No problem. Once you have booked yourself, go back into your account and in the top right go to "manage account" Here you can "add a family member". Now you will be able to book and pay for them.
