Located in our restored 18th century dairy, this beginner level class incorporates very gentle yoga movements designed to awaken mobility, deepen the breath and clear the mind. It is the perfect class for those who want a more passive stretch, the time explore possibility and to learn the basic postures needed to move on to other types of yoga.
This is a floor based class that may incorporate some basic balancing. If you are fearful of a class that will be too hard but want the benefits yoga brings, this class is for you.
Matt Miller is your teacher and guide. He is the founder of global yoga brand Broga® fitness yoga and travels the world training teachers to deliver yoga - including the armed forces. Matt is passionate about making yoga accessible to people who are more fitness minded and want to experience yoga but did not think it was for them.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or smoothie and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.
***Buy a class pass, they are flexible for any class, anytime with no expiry***
Yoga mats and changing facility provided.
Bring a towel and water.

Would you like to bring a guest with you?
No problem. Once you have booked yourself, go back into your account and in the top right go to "manage account" Here you can "add a family member". Now you will be able to book and pay for them.

Classes booked in multi packs are valid for 90 days from purchase.
