Located in our restored 18th century dairy, our fully immersive sound bath is used to achieve a deep meditative state, cutting through the mental chatter, inhibiting stress responses and using frequency to calm our internal rhythm rather than breath. The sound provides focus for your mind and body, with use of different materials to transfer sound including: bowls, timbals, chimes, and other natural materials.
More than just relaxing though, there is great power in sound waves. In medical use currently, high sound frequency is used to kill cancer cells, and sound therapy is used as a treatment for both anxiety and depression.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or smoothie and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.
Your Therapist is Danielle Reeder who is a licensed sound bath therapist. She will take you on a full musical journey that will leave you feeling incredibly open, calm and relaxed.

Yoga mats and changing facility provided.
You are encouraged to wear comfortable pyjamas/ loose clothing and your favorite socks for this treatment.
sound baths are not suitable for:
Pregnant women in their 1st or 3rd trimester
Those with severe vertigo
Those currently having a migraine with vertigo
Those experiencing Disassociation or Dissociative Disorders
Those in a current serious mental health crisis
