Weather permitting you will be jumping, pressing and working your whole body outside in our enclosed walled garden. Otherwise your class will be located in our restored 18th century dairy, this an all level class that is designed to get your heart rate into the cardiovascular zone above 130 beats per minute with a full body workout, but is a bit softer on the joints than a traditional HIIT class.
There are modifications for bodies of all types but whatever level you are at be prepared to sweat and burn between 250-450 calories.
On Tuesday: Matt Miller is your teacher and guide. He is the founder of global yoga brand Broga® fitness yoga and travels the world training teachers to deliver yoga - including the armed forces. Matt is passionate about making yoga accessible to people who are more fitness minded and want to experience yoga but did not think it was for them.
On Sunday: Helen Issac is your motivation angel. She is a personal transformation story or overcoming obesity and leukaemia with the power of positive attitude and fitness. And she radiates this enthusiasm like the sun and compassion like a tender mother. Besides, you will be having so much fun you won't even realise how hard you are working.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or smoothie and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.

FAQ Would you like to bring a guest with you? No problem. Once you have booked yourself, go back into your account and in the top right go to "manage account" Here you can "add a family member". Now you will be able to book and pay for them. (Always check to make sure spaces are available)
Please use the "dairy" entrance. Park in the marked spaces in the lot or if full in the front of the house. Follow the signs in the rear of the house to the "dairy" Go up the steps to the double doors at the rear.
