A BIT ABOUT THE DAY Set in the luxurious New Cross Farmhouse Georgian kitchen and pantry kitchen, you will bring to life a complete dinner based on our signature house style. We call it Tudor Modern. You will learn both valuable culinary techniques for your day to day cooking as well as how to make a main, several sides and a dessert which encompass our philosophy of learning from the recipes and nutritional wisdom of the 16th century in a way that is appealing and special to today’s modern cook. Your showstopping recipes will enable you to repeat them to entertain guests and family with ease.
You will then change for dinner and set upon enjoying all your hard work in a romantic dinner party setting in our formal dining doom.
This is a fun afternoon of free flowing wine while we cook and play in the kitchen, followed by a lovely evening with new friends of casual elegance to show off new found culinary skills to someone special and new friends.
