Located in our restored 18th century dairy, this is a slow yoga flow class that allows for depth within the postures and using heat to dramatically improve tight ligaments and joints. This is a moderate to beginner class, but be aware that the heated room at 32-37C adds an additional element of difficulty by increasing the heart rate into the zone of a cardiovascular workout. As such you are required to bring 1L water and a large bath towel or a "microfibre yoga towel" to class.
Joanne Ellis is your teacher. She is passionate about both her own yoga practice, as a former international yoga competitor, and in spreading her love and knowledge of hatha yoga to others. We rarely come across a teacher with such a giving and caring energy to help others as we find in Jo. But like all the teachers at New Cross Farmhouse, she is also expert at correcting and improving her students so they may grow mentally and physically.
Your class fee includes a post workout herbal remedy tea or organic coffee and a post workout nutrient rebalancing snack.
***Buy a class pass, they are flexible for any class, anytime with no expiry***
